Work with Day One MVP. No experience? No problem.Jack runs Day One MVP, which builds websites at Main Street prices for businesses anywhere in the world. He's looking for engineers, vibe coders and salespeople. You'd work with Jack directly, for real businesses: the corner store, the family restaurant, the one-van crew. Work remotely from anywhere, or in person around the Capital Region, NY.You set your own hours, so the work can fit around school, family or another job.No experience needed to apply. Engineers — You write and check the code that runs client sites and apps. Pay: Paid per project, not by the hour. Junior coders start at 10% of each project's price and move to 20% once they can run most of a build. Type: Independent contractor — not an employee position. Hours: You set your own hours.

Vibe coders — A vibe coder builds real, working products by directing AI coding tools: describing what to build, testing it and fixing what's wrong. Pay: Paid per project, not by the hour. Junior coders start at 10% of each project's price and move to 20% once they can run most of a build. Type: Independent contractor — not an employee position. Hours: You set your own hours.

Sales — You find businesses that need a website and set up their call with Jack. Pay: Commission only, no base pay. Each part of a sale you handle pays 10% of the project's price. Type: Independent contractor — not an employee position. Hours: You set your own hours.

Every role is independent contractor work, paid per project, not by the hour.Every project's money is split from the full price: 20% to Day One MVP, then the rest 50/50 — 40% to the sales side, 40% to the build side.The sales side is four parts of 10% each: finding the lead, running the sales call, Jack's close, and a sales manager.The build side is split among the builders working the project. Junior coders start at 10% of the project and move to 20% once they can run most of a build.Each share at current website prices:The Storefront: full price $500, sales side $200, build side $200, a junior coder $50 at 10% or $100 at 20%.The Business: full price $1,000, sales side $400, build side $400, a junior coder $100 at 10% or $200 at 20%.Payments: full price $1,500, sales side $600, build side $600, a junior coder $150 at 10% or $300 at 20%.Full Store: full price $2,000, sales side $800, build side $800, a junior coder $200 at 10% or $400 at 20%.No one person gets a whole side. You're paid only for the parts you handle.These figures are the split at current prices, not a promise of pay. What you earn depends on the projects you work on.Work isn't guaranteed, and a deal that doesn't close pays nothing.As an independent contractor, you cover your own costs and taxes.There are no fees to apply or to join.Jack goes over everything on your first call, and you get a written agreement before any work starts.Jack reads every application and replies within a week.
