You do not need the whole plan. We help discover, organize, price, build, test, launch, and improve the strongest version of the idea.
Each step moves the idea forward with a specific job to do — listening, structuring, shaping, modeling, systemizing, building, and growing.
Tap any stage to see what happens, what you'll walk away with, and how long it takes.
You bring the idea, problem, mission, or half-built concept — even "I know something's here but I can't explain it yet" — and we turn it into a clear starting point.
You'll work out: what you're solving, who it's for, what you've already tried, and what feels urgent versus uncertain.
What you'll see: a plain-language intake summary — the idea, the likely audience, the core problem, your goals, and the biggest open questions.
Grounded in customer discovery & Jobs to Be Done.
You don't need it fully figured out before you start — that's what this process is for.
Timeline · small build 1–3 days · platform 3–7 days
We slow down and look at reality before building — the people involved, the behavior around the problem, the current alternatives, the risks, and where the real opportunity is hiding.
You'll work out: who has this problem badly enough to act, what they do now instead, where they're stuck or losing time and money — and whether it's a real pain or just an interesting idea.
What you'll see: an opportunity brief — target users, main pain points, current workarounds, risks, and a grounded read on the opportunity.
Grounded in Jobs to Be Done & customer discovery.
If the idea needs to shift here, that's a win — it's far cheaper to adjust the idea than rebuild the company later.
Timeline · small build 3–7 days · platform 1–3 weeks
We turn the mess into structure — organizing the users, pages, features, information, and workflows so the build has a clear shape before design and development begin.
You'll work out: what screens are needed, what users can do, what data we collect, show, or move — and what belongs in version one versus later.
What you'll see: a structure set — sitemap, user flows, feature list, screen outline, and a clear version-one scope.
Grounded in information architecture & product scoping.
We're not trying to build everything now — we're deciding what matters enough to build first.
Timeline · small build 4–10 days · platform 2–4 weeks
The business starts to sound clear. We define the customer, the promise, the message, the objections, and the path from "I'm interested" to "I'm in."
You'll work out: who it's really for, what you're promising, why someone would trust it, the biggest hesitations, and how to explain it fast.
What you'll see: an offer one-pager — target customer, promise, positioning, objections, proof points, and a simple sales path.
Grounded in the Value Proposition Canvas.
If you can explain the offer clearly, you're already ahead of most early-stage businesses.
Timeline · small build 2–5 days · platform 1–2 weeks
We make sure the business works — not just the product. We look at pricing, packaging, revenue, margins, and where future growth could come from.
You'll work out: how money comes in, what it costs to deliver, whether it's one-time, recurring, usage-based, or mixed — and what has to be true for it to be worth building.
What you'll see: a pricing & business-model sheet — tiers, revenue logic, a rough cost picture, margin thinking, and simple expansion paths.
Grounded in the Business Model Canvas & unit-economics thinking.
You don't need perfect numbers — you need a model that makes basic business sense and improves with real data.
Timeline · small build 2–5 days · platform 1–2 weeks
We decide how the whole thing actually runs — responsibilities, assets, workflows, approvals, and handoffs — so it doesn't depend on memory, chaos, or one heroic person.
You'll work out: who does what, which tools are involved, what repeats over and over, and what should be automated, documented, reviewed, or owned by a person.
What you'll see: an operations playbook — workflow map, roles, key tools, automations, and simple SOPs (an SOP is a standard operating procedure: a repeatable, step-by-step way to do something important).
Grounded in process design & operating-model thinking.
A good system makes the business feel lighter, not more corporate — fewer fires, fewer dropped balls, fewer "wait, who owns this?" moments.
Timeline · small build 3–7 days · platform 2–3 weeks
The build phase. We create the approved working first version — prototype, alpha, MVP, platform, system, or media package — from the decisions already made, not by improvising halfway through.
You'll work out: the smallest version that still proves the idea, what has to work end-to-end on day one, and what can wait for a later version.
What you'll see: a working first version — an MVP (minimum viable product: the smallest useful version you can learn from), ready for controlled use or launch.
Grounded in Lean Startup's Build–Measure–Learn loop.
Version one isn't your final masterpiece — it's real, useful, and smart enough to learn from.
Timeline · small build 2–6 weeks · platform 6–16+ weeks
We launch in a controlled way, watch what happens, train the people involved, and improve from real feedback. The project stops being a private build and becomes a living business or system.
You'll work out: how to launch safely, which signals matter most in the first days, where users stall, and what to improve first.
What you'll see: a launch plan, a working analytics view, starter training materials, and a prioritized next-steps list based on what users are telling us.
Grounded in launch planning & Lean Startup iteration.
Launch isn't the final exam — it's the beginning of getting real answers from the real world.
Timeline · small build ~1–2 weeks prep, then ongoing · platform 2–6 weeks rollout + iteration
No black box. Each step finishes with something visible, reviewable, and decision-ready — so you always know where the build stands.
The product matters. What the product allows the person to become matters more.
Tell us the idea, the problem, or the company — and we'll show you the strongest version to build first.
