These terms govern your use of dayonemvp.com and any services offered by Day One MVP™. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

The site

This website is provided for information about Day One MVP™ and its offers. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Services & quotes

Same-Day MVP Launch™ and related services are offered by custom quote. Pricing, scope, and timeline are confirmed in writing before work begins and may vary based on urgency, complexity, and collaboration mode. Select projects may qualify for flexible deal structures, including approved equipment trade-ins or founder package arrangements, at our discretion.

Trademarks

Day One MVP™, The G Code™, AIBridge™, The Hive™, Atom™, Same-Day MVP Launch™, AI Audit™, AI Bridge Installation™, AI Operations™, Fractional AI Director™, the tagline "You bring the idea. We build Day One.", and related names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Day One MVP™. All rights reserved. The ™ symbol denotes a claimed common-law trademark. You may not use, copy, imitate, dilute, or register these marks — or anything confusingly similar — without prior written permission.

Proprietary methods & process

Our build and engagement methods — including the Atom™ offer engine, our named build stages, and related frameworks, sequences, templates, prompt systems, and documentation — are the proprietary intellectual property and confidential know-how of Day One MVP™. Public descriptions on this site are provided for education only and grant no license to reproduce, reverse-engineer, or commercialize the underlying process.

Intellectual property & deliverables

Ownership of work produced for a client — including source-code access and handoff terms — is defined in the individual project agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, you receive the deliverables for the project you commissioned, and Day One MVP™ retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, methods, and reusable components. Third-party tools and services remain subject to their own licenses.

Confidentiality

Sensitive ideas, company information, credentials, and proprietary projects are handled under our confidentiality and controlled-access standard. Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information. A nondisclosure agreement does not automatically protect every legal interest; seek independent legal review where appropriate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or use its content without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Day One MVP™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Service-specific terms are governed by the project agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
